Product Description

WL-J413 is a high-performance water-based acrylic sealer and consolidator resin developed as the ultimate solution for compromised, sandy, and dusting masonry surfaces. Formulated with zero APEO, formaldehyde, or plasticizers, this green polymer latex offers elite wetting compatibility and exceptional reinforcement strength for old wall renovations and concrete floor treatments. WL-J413 can be used directly to lock in loose chalky layers, prevent future paint peeling, and drastically improve the adhesion of subsequent topcoats—making it the top sustainable choice for industrial wall hardeners, concrete primers, and DIY surface preparation kits.
